- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste

Preparation Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a kitchen towel and score them lightly with a sharp knife.
- Season the chicken generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan.
